On 25 March at 11:00 the BRICS Centre for African Strategy Studies invites experts and scholars to take part in its regular research seminar. The seminar, titled “Africa in an Expanded BRICS: Opportunities, Challenges, and Bottlenecks,” will feature presentations by Gustavo de Carvalho, Senior Researcher at the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA), and Mandira Bagwandin, Senior Researcher at the Department of Political Science, Stellenbosch University.
The discussants will be Daria Zelenova, PhD in Political Science, and Denis Degterev, PhD in Political Science.
